About this Webinar

About Webinar

The EEO-1 Reporting is an annual data collection. The EEO-1 data consist of workforce demographic data. Furthermore the data includes race, gender, ethnicity, and job categories. The EEOC compiles workforce data from employers and federal contractors who meet certain thresholds. This data is used by the government to examine and review patterns and practices of workplace discrimination. The EEO-1 report is enforced by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Office of Federal Contract Compliance.

EEO-1 reporting is a major aspect of workplace compliance. The EEO-1 report is a compliance survey in which required employers must participate. Because this survey helps Equal Employment opportunity Commission in different ways.
